　　铜矿砂具有硬度高、外形有菱角、喷射效果好，与石英砂相比其除锈效果要比石英砂好。1.多菱角形、效率快于石英砂，因石英砂喷射出去碰到铁之后变成了粉状和圆球状，而铜矿砂碰到铁之后分裂成2-3个铜矿砂，其形状不变，其锋利的刃在除锈中效果非常快，可以回收利用3次。而石英砂因形状变为球状而除锈效果大大降低。2、石英砂因其碰到铁后形成粉尘而造成了环境污染，工人容易得职业病，钢铁面板上形成一层石英粉，影响下道序的施工和施工质量，其铜矿砂没有上述情况，这也是这么多年大型 防腐公司和大型造船厂改用铜矿砂的原因。
