The patented scheme by TENOVA has been tested under the following scenarios:
① Pilot plant tests; campaigns in 1978-1982, 1997.
②Laboratory tests at AHMSA BF, Mexico to prove destruction of BTX with hot DRI in 1980's.
③Tests carried out at Zdz, Poland in a joint effort between ArcelorMittal and Tenova HYL in 2008. As results of the tests of BTX in the COG, 95-980% of BTX was gasified for various concentrations: -0.5-0.7 g/Nm3; 4.0 g/Nm3 and 20.0 g/Nm3.
④Successful results confirmed the technical feasibility of the ENERGIRON ZR patented scheme for use of COG.
该专利方案由特诺恩在如下情况下己完成测试:
①试验工厂测试;分别于1978-1982, 1997
②实验室测试:于20世纪80年代在墨西哥AHMSA BF,热态DRI,验证苯的裂解
